Plot: How deeply does the desire for parental approval penetrate our psyche? How much do we sacrifice in the present to make good on the goals of the future? Radio humorist Tom Azuric has been working toward a goal all his life. After years of toil in lesser jobs, he has finally achieved the pinacle of his career -- the New York radio job of his dreams. But the dream turns nightmare from the combined pressures of an unethical boss and the overbearing knowledge that success has come too late to fulfill a promise made to Tom's mother.
